Every project on this site runs through the same four phases, with real day counts per phase and a clear list of what we need from you at each step — stated up front, not discovered halfway through.
Illustrative example: a Website Design — Multi-Page project (€4,200, 20–28 working days).

Brief
2 working days
A structured questionnaire, then a short call or async review, covering content, sitemap and existing assets. We confirm scope in writing before Concept starts.
We need: completed brief form answers, any existing content/copy, brand assets if you have them, and 2–3 reference sites you like or dislike.

Concept
10 working days
We design the homepage first and present it in full, with rationale — the direction is agreed here before every other page is built on top of it.
We need: nothing extra — this phase is ours to deliver.

Refine
8 working days, spread across 3 rounds
Written feedback rounds. Each package states its revision-round count; this is where they happen.
We need: feedback within 3 working days of each round, ideally from one decision-maker to avoid conflicting notes.

Deliver
2 working days
Final build, testing across real device widths, and a short handover — files, formats, and how to make small edits yourself.
We need: confirmation the delivered work is what was agreed, and hosting/domain access if we're deploying it for you.
Total: 22 working days — inside the package’s stated 20–28 day range; exact timing depends on how quickly each feedback round comes back.

01 What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Extra rounds are available at a per-round rate, agreed with you before we start on them.
02 Can you rush a project?
Sometimes, for an agreed fee — ask in your brief and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible for that specific package and timing.
03 What do you need from me to start?
