1. Who these terms apply to

2. What we sell
Fixed-scope, fixed-price design packages across eight services (brand identity, logo design, website design, UI/UX & product design, packaging design, print & editorial design, social & content design, and art direction), plus a per-day Art Direction rate. Every package’s price, turnaround and included deliverables are stated on its service page and on Pricing before you add it to your cart. Prices are shown excluding IVA (Spanish VAT); 21% IVA is added as a separate, clearly labelled line at checkout.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by adding one or more packages to your cart and completing the checkout process (contact details, billing details, project & schedule details, payment, and a final review). An order is confirmed once you complete the Review step and receive an order reference. All orders are subject to acceptance by Stars Custom Design; we will contact you within one business day to confirm your brief.
4. Digital delivery
Every deliverable under these terms is digital — files, guidelines, source assets, or a deployed website — delivered by download link or shared folder. Nothing is physically shipped; there is no shipping fee or shipping step.
5. Scope, revisions and changes
Each package states exactly what is included and how many revision rounds are provided. Requests beyond a package’s stated scope or revision count are treated as additional work, scoped and priced separately, and never billed without your prior agreement.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because our services are personalised, bespoke work that we typically begin shortly after your order is confirmed, by placing an order and consenting to work beginning during the 14-day period, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once work has started, in accordance with Article 103(a) and (m) of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If work has not yet started, you may withdraw within 14 days of your order by emailing support@
7. Recurring services
The Ongoing Content package (Social & Content Design) is a recurring monthly subscription with a minimum term of 3 months, billed monthly. It may be cancelled at any time after the minimum term with 30 days’ written notice to support@
8. Payment
The payment step on this website currently operates in demonstration mode: no real transaction is processed, and no card data is stored or transmitted. Orders placed via the demonstration payment step are confirmed and followed up directly by the studio, as described on the order confirmation page. This section will be updated the moment a live payment provider is introduced.
9. Intellectual property and usage rights
Ownership of final, delivered design work transfers to you on full payment, except for any third-party assets (stock imagery, licensed fonts) which remain subject to their own licences, disclosed to you at delivery. Stars Custom Design retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Liability
Stars Custom Design provides design services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of delivered work, nor for delays caused by late feedback, late-supplied content, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Spanish or EU consumer law.
