01 What's the difference between a one-off Kit and Ongoing Content?
A Kit hands you a template system your own team fills in each month. Ongoing Content is us producing the actual monthly output directly — you approve it, you don’t build it.
02 Can I cancel Ongoing Content whenever I want?
There's a 3-month minimum term, stated up front, then 30 days' notice to cancel. We'd rather say that plainly than hide it in fine print.
03 Who posts the content — you or me?
You post it. We design and deliver ready-to-post files; publishing and scheduling stay with your team unless agreed otherwise in your brief.
04 What if I only need templates for one platform?
Tell us in your brief — both Kits can be scoped toward a single platform if that’s all you need; the deliverable count adjusts accordingly.
