Packaging Design FAQ
01 Do you handle print production, or just the design files?
We deliver print-ready files and material/finish recommendations. We don't run the print job ourselves — you keep the printer relationship, and we make sure the files they receive are correct the first time.
02 What if I don't know my printer yet?
That's fine — we build to standard print-ready specifications, then adjust the file if your chosen printer has specific requirements once you've selected one.
03 Can you design dielines for unusual box shapes?
Yes, within the scope confirmed at the brief stage. Genuinely unusual structural packaging (a new box shape, not a standard format) is scoped and quoted individually before work starts.
04 What happens when I add a new SKU later?
Full Line includes a guidelines note for exactly this. For Single SKU or Range of 3, a new SKU is a new, smaller-scope project — priced separately, built on the system already established.
